EM&M Manual for youth workers and stakeholders

A theoretical and practical guide for youth workers, educators and relevant stakeholders. The key concepts and interrelations between cybersecurity and emotional intelligence are introduced, offering structured learning pathways, real-life case studies, and preventive strategies. Its clever design allows easy integration into formal and non-formal education settings, supporting impactful youth education that addresses both digital safety and emotional well-being.

Storytelling on emotional intelligence for young people

A curated collection of written and audiovisual storytelling content, co-created with youth, exploring emotional intelligence in the context of digital life. The stories highlight challenges such as cyberbullying, online identity, emotional manipulation, and digital overexposure. Through relatable narratives and interactive elements, the toolkit helps young people reflect on emotions, foster empathy, and build resilience and self-awareness online.

EM&M Microlearning environment & try-out sessions

An engaging online learning space with short, focused, gamified modules teaching digital responsibility and emotional literacy. Built on microlearning, it enables self-paced learning via quizzes, videos, infographics, and simulations. The environment will be piloted through local try-out sessions and refined with participant feedback to ensure it is youth-friendly, inclusive, and effective in fostering positive online behaviours and emotional regulation.
